New Features Summary
Support Display of Add to Wallet Buttons in White Label App
As part of our work to provide a digital first loyalty offering, we are taking steps to streamline the integration between Loyalty and the White Label App. This is a key element of that work, as this allows users to easily add their Loyalty cards to their Apple or Google Wallets directly from the App. To achieve this, we have updated a Loyalty endpoint allowing iOrder Platform to call it and return the Pass URL needed to kick off the 'add to wallet' journey from the App. iOrder and White Label App are working on their own parts of this solution, which will be delivered in due course.
Add Program Information for Display in Balance Widget/White Label App
Another important improvement introduced in this release allows users to configure Program Information that can be displayed to guests via the Balance Widget or the White Label App. This was a gap in the previous Loyalty offering and will mean customers can easily explain the details of their program to guests. As the screen shot below shows, this can be configured by editing the Program screen in Loyalty:
